J Endod:根管治疗过程中超声荡洗的活性:一项系统性回顾

这篇研究的目的是为了系统性的回顾发育成熟恒牙在初次根管治疗过程中应用超声荡洗清理及去除根管内感染并治愈根尖周炎的研究,并与针管冲洗相比较。研究采用自由正文关键词和受控词表对Cochrane Library, Embase, LILACS, PubMed, SciELO和Scopus数据库进行电子搜索。另外,通过对牙髓病杂志及教科书进行手动搜索。由2名评审者依据预先设定的标准进行筛选。对所包含在内的研究进行严格鉴定,所提取的数据通过表格进行列举和描述。结果显示,电子及手动搜索获得1966篇文章。此项综述共包含3篇临床文章和45篇体外研究。初次根管治疗的单根管牙齿经超声荡洗其根尖周炎的治愈率与针管冲洗相比并未得到明显改善。而体外微生物研究的相关报道存在相反的结果。基于临床和体外研究,超声活性比针管冲洗可以更有效的去除牙髓残余组织和硬组织碎屑。超声活性组在13篇研究中对疗效可能更有利,而针管冲洗组可能在3篇研究中表现的更有利。结论:此次文献回顾所获得的证据水平较低,所以无法给出强有力的临床建议。未来的研究应该着重于多根管牙齿的抗菌效果以及根尖周炎的治愈情况。原始出处:Căpută
