《中药注册管理专门规定（再次征求意见稿）》起草说明

随着中药审评审批机制改革工作不断深入，国家药监局在前期工作基础上，进一步组织研究、调研、论证、全面修订完善，现再次向社会公开征求意见。

为贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于促进中医药传承创新发展的意见》，遵循中医药发展规律，突出中药特色，国家药监局组织起草了《中药注册管理专门规定（征求意见稿）》，曾于2020年4月29日公开征求意见。随着中药审评审批机制改革工作不断深入，国家药监局在前期工作基础上，进一步组织研究、调研、论证、全面修订完善，现再次向社会公开征求意见。

　　公开征求意见时间为2022年11月11日—11月25日。有关意见可反馈至zhongyaominzuyaochu@nmpa.gov.cn，请在电子邮件主题注明“中药注册管理专门规定有关意见反馈”。
