肝硬化肝性脑病诊疗指南：中药对肝性脑病有一定防治作用

肝性脑病在临床并不少见，在住院的肝硬化患者中约有40%伴有轻微肝性脑病；30%～45%的肝硬化患者和10%~50%的经颈静脉肝内门－体分流术（TIPS）后患者发生过显性肝性脑病。 为了合理诊治肝性脑病，近期中华医学会肝病学分会制定了《肝硬化肝性脑病诊疗指南》。

中华医学会消化病学分会和肝病学分会于２０１３ 年制订了《中国ＨＥ诊治共识意见（２０１３ 年，重庆）》。近年来，随着基础和临床研究的进展，人们对ＨＥ，尤其是轻微ＨＥ（ＭＨＥ）有了进一步的认识。中华医学会肝病学分会组织肝病、感染、消化、外科、中医、介入、肿瘤、药理、护理和临床研究方法学等领域的专家共同编写了本指南，旨在为ＨＥ 的临床诊断和治疗提供指导。本指南不是强制性标准，不可能包括或解决ＨＥ 诊治中
