International Surgery?invites submission of original Open Access (OA) manuscripts on clinical, experimental, cultural, and historical topics pertinent to surgery and related fields. Manuscripts should be prepared as described in the following instructions and addressed to:

Standard Fees:

1. Submission Fee at US$100 (non-refundable)

2. Open Access Publication Fee - US$1,900 (refunded if your paper is rejected after peer review)

3. Open Access fee for International College of Surgeons members - US$1,600

4. Withdrawal of all manuscripts will be charged a $750 fee and corresponding authors will be required to fill out a withdrawal form, which is available upon request.

5. All submission and Open Access fee are due at the time of manuscript submission. If payment is not received within 14 days, then manuscripts will be removed from the system.
