事實(shí)上，所有的腫瘤都應(yīng)該需要重新進(jìn)行分子分型!! 目前<a href='/topic/show?id=13db460162d' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#實(shí)體瘤#</a>方面做得最好的是<a href='/topic/show?id=384b8220449' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#肺癌#</a>和<a href='/topic/show?id=73c423e2572' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#乳腺癌#</a>，目前靶基因分類已相當(dāng)不錯，當(dāng)然仍然有進(jìn)一步提升空間，如<a href='/topic/show?id=33771982175' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#三陰性乳腺癌#</a>的<a href='/topic/show?id=f2fc10682908' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#復(fù)旦分型#</a>，象<a href='/topic/show?id=5e2e4e08988' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#小細(xì)胞肺癌#</a>也需要進(jìn)行分子分型。而象胃癌，肝癌，<a href='/topic/show?id=493ae869206' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#結(jié)直腸癌#</a>，<a href='/topic/show?id=08f236865a8' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#卵巢癌#</a>，<a href='/topic/show?id=04b5839e6a9' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#胰腺癌#</a>等分子分型仍然相當(dāng)不成熟，需要不斷探索可能的分子分型，從而優(yōu)化臨床診斷和治療。這應(yīng)該是未來10年各個瘤腫的關(guān)鍵性任務(wù)，畢竟經(jīng)典的<a href='/topic/show?id=c0261e607d0' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#TNM分期#</a>遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)無法滿足未來臨床的需要，也無法滿足新藥研發(fā)的需要。
現(xiàn)在看到的<a href='/topic/show?id=370d8126914' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#肝癌#</a>，<a href='/topic/show?id=f9e2832202f' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#胃癌#</a>沒有分子分型，并不是<a href='/topic/show?id=aa0582e6946' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#腫瘤#</a>沒有，而是目前研究還太表淺。象胃癌胰腺癌等消化道腫瘤，現(xiàn)在發(fā)現(xiàn)少量是<a href='/topic/show?id=e3818e1893' target=_blank style='color:#2F92EE;'>#HER2#</a>+，同樣還有大量是KRAS突變，或其它突變？這都是極有意思的研究課題。
